Finally decided to buy my fit home at Anjan Apartment. The location in Yeshwanthpur, Narasimha layout is quite convenient. It's very close to the Outer Ring Road which makes travelling easy. Also, Goodwill School is right there, literally zero minutes away, which is great for future planning. The proximity to Manipal Hospital Yeshwanthpur, just a 5-minute drive, gives a lot of peace of mind. I looked at a few projects but this one felt like the right starting point for me. The 2 BHK configuration seems sufficient for my needs right now. I am still waiting to hear about the completion date though.
