It was completed in November 2020 and is ready for occupancy. The developer, VSP Homes Private Limited, seems to have focused on basic amenities like 24/7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant. It's also good to see provisions for rain water harvesting and water conservation. The proximity to Miyapur at nearby and Nizampet at nearby is convenient for us. The price point was reasonable, hovering around 44.7 Lakhs. While the project is good, the OC is not available, which is a minor concern for us.
