Being a government employee, stability and timely possession are important, and this project is ready to move in, which was a huge plus. The villa is vastu-compliant, which my wife insisted on. The location in Bomana Kunta is relatively peaceful, although connecting to major highways means a bit of a drive. The price range of 2.03 Crore to 2.54 Crore was within our budget after careful planning. The gated community aspect adds a layer of security we appreciate.
