I looked at the 2 BHK, around 1049 square feet. The price was reasonable, falling within my budget. The location is okay, close to Sathy Road and New Keeranatham road, though the internal road access could be better. Amenities like the gymnasium and RO water system are good to have. My main concern is that the parking seems a bit tight, especially with closed car parking. I hope they have managed it well. It's a gated community, which is good for security.
