Whitehouse Athietha Avenue seemed like a good option given its location near Sathyamangalam Road. I was looking at the larger configurations, possibly a 3 BHK or even a penthouse. The penthouse built-up area is 2200 square feet. The project is ready to move, which is essential when you are relocating. The prices range from 35.01 Lakh to 77.55 Lakh. While the construction quality looked solid during my site visit, I did notice a bit of dust from ongoing minor work in adjacent areas, which is common in established projects.
