I bought a 1 BHK villa in VSBN Kumaran Nagar. It's ready to move which was a big plus for me. The location near SRM Univeity on GST Road is convenient for daily commutes, and the overall price range seemed reasonable for Chennai. I appreciate the focus on water conservation and rain water harvesting. The gated community aspect gives a sense of security. My only small worry is about the internal roads – they seem a bit narrow, and I hope they handle heavy monsoon rains well. Parking is available, but I haven't seen how crowded it gets during peak houIt feels like a decent investment for the future.

We were renting nearby and decided to upgrade to a villa at VSBN Kumaran Nagar. We picked a 1 BHK villa, which comes with a 400 Sq.ft plot area. The price was in our range, and the ready-to-move status was a huge relief. Having amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 CCTV surveillance within the gated community makes it feel secure. The proximity to GST Road Potheri is also convenient for our work. The biggest issue we faced was the water pressure on the upper levels of the villas, it tends to drop significantly during certain times of the day, which is inconvenient for a growing family. Overall, it's a decent property.

I opted for a 1500 Sq.ft residential plot for future development. The project offeessential amenities like 24x7 water supply and storm water drains, which are crucial in Chennai. The solid waste management system is also a commendable feature by VSBN Group. The price range for plots is quite competitive, going up to 60 Lakh. My only concern at present is the general upkeep of the internal roads, which could be improved. It’s a good investment considering the location.

VSBN Group offeplots starting from 19.88 Lakh, which fit my initial budget. I liked the idea of internal roads and footpaths, along with landscaping and tree planting. The 24x7 water supply is also a good feature to have. While it's ready to move, the overall area feels a bit underdeveloped currently, and I am slightly concerned about the pace of future development around the Potheri region. However, the gated community setup is reassuring.
