Finally found a ready to move flat in Chennai. I booked a 2 BHK here which is 834 sq.ft. It is located on GST Road, Singaperumal Koil, which is convenient for me to travel to the city for work. The price was around 29.19 Lakhs, which fit my budget. The project has a gym and 24x7 security, which are important for me as I live alone. The gated community aspect also gives peace of mind. I haven't faced any major issues since moving in a month ago. The construction quality seems decent for the price point. I’m happy with the decision so far and it’s a good space for a single peon.

We were looking for a new home and stumbled upon Aakam Hygrevar Aura. We liked the 3 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of 1106 sq.ft. The location near GST Road is fantastic, and the fact that Brindavan Public School and Jeevan Sumyuktha Hospitals are nearby is a huge plus for us. We bought it for 33 Lakhs. The swimming pool and children's play area are great amenities for future use. The only thing is that the construction looks a bit basic, not very premium, but for the price and location, it’s acceptable. We are excited to move in next month.

Being so close to Brindavan Public School is incredibly convenient for school drop-offs and pick-ups. The only downside is the dust from the nearby road, which is constant. We also wish the parking was a bit more spacious for our two vehicles. Overall, it’s a decent option for families.
