    We were looking for a 2 BHK and liked the built-up area of 1152 Sq.ft at VS Vega Arcade. The location in Mallampet is developing nicely, and it’s good that it’s close to the Outer Ring road for commuting. My partner works in Gachibowli and the travel time is manageable, around 30 minutes. VS Constructions seems to have a decent track record. However, the construction dust on the main road is quite a bit right now, which is a bit of a nuisance when we visit the site. We are hoping they will manage that better as it gets closer to completion in July 2027. The community building amenity is also something we are looking forward to.

    We bought a 3 BHK flat here, the 1550 Sq.ft size is very comfortable for our family. The biggest draw was Kennedy High The Global School being nearby; it’s a huge relief knowing the kids won’t have a long commute. VS Vega Arcade also has good recreation facilities planned, which is important for us. The nearby Bachupally Road is also convenient for essentials. While the overall plan looks good, the 24X7 water supply and proper storm water drains are crucial for us and we are trusting VS Constructions to deliver on these. We are still waiting for full clarity on the community building space.

    Relocating to Hyderabad for work at Mamata Academy of Medical Sciences Hospital, which is nearby, made VS Vega Arcade an obvious choice. The 3 BHK configuration with 1550 Sq.ft built-up area provides ample space. It's great that the electrification includes transformer and solar energy options, which should help with power reliability. The fire fighting system is also a critical safety feature for me. While the location is good, the traffic on Bachupally Road can be heavy during peak hou, which is something I will have to get used to. I am also looking forward to the landscaping and tree planting to make the area greener.
