Prima Paradiso by Prima Urbanscpaes Private Limited caught my eye. I opted for a 4 BHK villa, which is quite spacious, starting from 2605 square feet. The price range for villas is from 1.59 Cr to 3.15 Cr. The ready-to-move-in status was a major factor. The amenities like the swimming pool and party hall are great for unwinding. While the location is developing, the connectivity to IDA Bollaram Road is decent. The main concern for me is the parking; it seems a bit tight for multiple vehicles per villa, which might be an issue later on. The overall feel of the community is good.

Prima Paradiso in Mallampet, Bachupally is a good residential project by Prima Urbanscpaes Private Limited. We bought a 3 BHK villa, around 1954 square feet. The price was about 1.8 Cr. The construction quality looks solid. It's nice to have a gymnasium and a badminton court within the community. The proximity to VVignana Jyothi School, nearby, is very convenient for my children. However, the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty during dry weather, and there's constant construction noise from nearby sites. The 24x7 water supply is a big plus. It was completed in June 2022.
