The carpet area for the 2 BHK is 810 square feet, which seems comfortable enough for them. The location in Subhashnagar is decent, and it is not too far from HCG Hospital, nearby. Power backup is also included, which is important for older people. The builder, Vrusha Buildcon, seems to have good amenities like fire sprinkleMy only concern is the access road; it's a bit narrow getting there.
