As I am living abroad, finding a reliable place for my parents in Bhavnagar was a challenge. Anjaneya Wingz offered ready-to-move apartments which was ideal. I specifically looked at the 4 BHK configurations, with carpet areas ranging from 1242 to 1566 square feet, providing ample space for them. The location in Subhashnagar is close to HCG Hospital, which is important for their healthcare needs, and also very near Swaminarayan Gurukul. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor that appealed to my parents. The gated community aspect provides security. I hope the maintenance staff is efficient, as I won't be there to oveee things peonally.

We picked a 4 BHK apartment, which gives us plenty of room, the carpet area is around 1500 square feet. The apartment is ready to move in, which was a big relief. They have provided good amenities like a fire fighting system and a sewage treatment plant. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds to the security for our kids. The only downside is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, especially if you have more than one vehicle. We will have to see how that works out long term.

The project offeessential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a maintenance staff which is helpful. Security is also good with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. My only minor issue is the dust from the ongoing construction nearby, which I hope will settle down soon. Otherwise, it's a comfortable living space.
