The location in Thaltej is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads leading to North West Ahmedabad. The price point of 5.87 Crore onwards is substantial, but for the space and location, it feels like a reasonable investment. The fire sprinkleand fire fighting systems are also important safety features.
