The 1170 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment is a good size for me, and it's ready to move. The location in Thaltej is convenient, with Marengo CIMS Hospital nearby. The price of 71 Lakh onwards was manageable for me. I also appreciate the 24X7 water supply. However, I find the road leading to the project to be a bit narrow and dusty, which can be annoying sometimes.
