  Getting a home for my parents in Ahmedabad was a priority, and Vrundavan Bunglows 8 caught my eye. It's ready to move, so they didn't have to wait. The 5 BHK villa offeample space, 4402 square feet built-up area. The amenities like the beautiful garden, children's play area, and landscaping are perfect for them. It's reassuring to know there is 24x7 water supply and a security cabin. The location near Vaishnodevi Circle is also convenient. My only worry is the traffic noise sometimes coming from the main road, but the bungalow itself is set back a bit. I trust Vrundavan Buildcon to maintain it well.

  We were looking for a good investment and Vrundavan Bunglows 8 seemed like a solid option. The price starting from 1.62 Crore for a 5 BHK villa in Thaltej, North West Ahmedabad felt reasonable given the size. It's close to Udgam School For Children which is good for future planning, nearby. The construction was completed in March 2017, so it's an established property. We liked the idea of the indoor games and gymnasium for leisure. The only drawback is that the OC is not available, which is a bit of a worry for future resale value, though the builder Vrundavan Buildcon has a decent reputation.

However, the absence of an OC is a significant point to consider for future financial transactions or potential resale. The parking is closed, which is good, but might feel a bit tight for larger vehicles.

  This is my fit property purchase, and I went for a 5 BHK villa in Vrundavan Bunglows 8. The area is 4402 square feet and it felt quite large when I visited. It's in Thaltej, North West Ahmedabad, a location that's developing nicely. The price started at 1.62 Crore, which was within my budget after talking to the bank. I appreciated the smart covered parking and the intercom facility for guests. The construction finished a while back, March 2017, and it's ready to move in. I felt confident booking here because Vrundavan Buildcon seems reliable. The main thing I need to get used to is the dust on the entrance road sometimes, but that's common in developing areas.

  I finally found a place that feels like home. Vrundavan Bunglows 8 is ready to move which was a huge plus for me. The 5 BHK villa is spacious at 4402 square feet, giving me plenty of room. I really liked the 3 open sides for enhanced ventilation – the breeze is lovely. The security is also top-notch with 24x7 CCTV and video door security. My only slight concern is that the Thaltej Metro Station is about 1.24 kilometeaway, so it's a bit of a walk or a short auto ride to catch the metro. Overall, it's a quiet and secure place for a single woman to live.
