I opted for a 5 BHK villa, which is quite large at 5285 square feet. The construction by Vrundavan Buildcon seems robust, especially the earthquake-resistant structure. I appreciate the inclusion of a swimming pool and a tennis court for recreation. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice green touch. The only minor issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a good property for a comfortable lifestyle.

We visited the site and the construction quality looks solid. The location in Thaltej is quite convenient, close to the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway which helps with our commutes. The club house and swimming pool are great additions for weekend relaxation. My only slight concern is the price, 9.26 Crore is a significant investment, but we felt the space and amenities justified it. The earthquake-resistant structure was also a big plus for us.

While the villa itself is great, the car parking arrangement could be a bit more organized, especially when guests visit. We also wished for more varied configurations for smaller families.

The location is good, close to the metro station, but the immediate approach road could be better maintained.
