I was looking for a comfortable and secure place to call my own in Vadodara. Vraj Vatika offered a 2 BHK flat within my budget, around 24 Lakhs. The built-up area of 924 Sq.ft is perfect for a single peon. I appreciate the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance; it makes me feel very safe. The lift is convenient, and having 24x7 water supply is a huge relief. The clubhouse is a nice addition for relaxation. The location near Vadodara Design Academy is quite accessible. The only thing is that the parking area might feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Still, overall, it's a good buy.
