I've looked at the 5 BHK villas; they are very large and feel quite luxurious. The ready-to-move status is perfect for my urgent need. The area is developing nicely, and it’s not too far from BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital, which is practical for my work. One thing I noticed is that construction dust can be a bit of an issue on the approach road sometimes, but that's common in developing areas. The overall feel of the project is peaceful.

  Decided to move into Shreeji Auro Heights 2 after retiring. The 4 BHK villa is quite spacious, offering plenty of room for my grandchildren when they visit. Being ready to move in was a huge factor for us, as we didn't want to wait any longer. The location in Bill, near the Atladara - Padra Main Road, is convenient for getting around Vadodara. My only small observation is that during peak hou, the traffic on the main road can get a bit congested. However, the proximity to BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir, which is just a minute away, is excellent for my grandson's school.
