I've looked at the 5 BHK villas; they are very large and feel quite luxurious. The ready-to-move status is perfect for my urgent need. The area is developing nicely, and it’s not too far from BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital, which is practical for my work. One thing I noticed is that construction dust can be a bit of an issue on the approach road sometimes, but that's common in developing areas. The overall feel of the project is peaceful.
