We liked that it is very close to Aashley International School and New Horizon International School, which are good institutions. The plot sizes available offer flexibility. However, the main concern is the commute. Getting to the main city from Kolar takes a considerable amount of time, and the public transport options are not very frequent yet. Also, the immediate surrounding area is quite underdeveloped, which means basic amenities might be a drive away. Still, it’s a step towards owning our home.
