Annciya Estates is the developer, and they mentioned it's a gated community, which gives us peace of mind. The location off Sarjapur Road is convenient enough. We are hoping the Vastu compliance is good for them. The price was within our budget. It is ready to move in, so we can get them settled soon. My only slight worry is how accessible it will be for them to go to the market regularly.
