The price of 26.62 Lakh onwards is competitive for this size. GS Avenue Infotech has delivered this project as ready to move, which is convenient. I appreciate the focus on basic infrastructure like internal roads and footpaths, plus storm water drains. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance are good features for peace of mind. While the project itself seems solid, the road access to the main highway could be better. It's a bit of a drive to reach major areas, but for the price and the plot size, it's a trade-off I was willing to make. The water conservation and rain water harvesting systems are also forward-thinking.

I purchased a 242 sq.yd. Plot for around 26.62 Lakh. The main reason I chose this was the promise of a gated community and proper 24x7 water supply, which are essential for me. The developer mentioned solid waste management and disposal, which is important for hygiene. There are also amenities like landscaping and tree planting, making the area look pleasant. The only minor issue is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me a bit hesitant, but the project was completed in March 2020, so hopefully that's not a major problem. The price felt fair for a fit-time buyer.

The nearby hospital bus stop is nearby, which is manageable. While the area is developing, the traffic on the main road leading to Dundigal can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern for my daily commute. Overall, it provides a good base.

They also have provisions for water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which is good. The internal roads are decent. One thing that could be improved is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which can be a bit botheome sometimes. Also, reaching Miyapur Metro Station is quite a distance at nearby.

The gated community aspect with 24x7 security is reassuring. They also focus on solid waste management. The location in Dundigal, North Hyderabad, is accessible. However, the parking situation might become tight once more residents move in, especially if multiple caare involved. The lack of readily available bank financing information was also a slight inconvenience during the initial inquiry phase, but the price was attractive enough to proceed.
