It is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in June 2027. The price for this unit was 2.15 Crore. I appreciate the developer, Shubh Develope, including features like stormwater drains and internal roads. It's also good that it's relatively close to Pune Junction Railway Station at nearby. One minor concern is the parking; it's closed car parking, which is fine, but I hope it's easily accessible.
