  We recently moved into our 4 BHK at Naiknavare Eminence Project 2 in Viman Nagar, Pune. The carpet area is excellent, with our flat being 2492 Sq.ft, providing ample space for our children. The location is fantastic for us, with The Lexicon International School a short nearby drive away, and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital Nagar Road also reasonably close. The children's play area and recreation facilities are a big hit with the kids. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the fire fighting system for safety. The spectacular view of the national park from our balcony is something we enjoy daily. The price was at the higher end, between 3.16 Crore and 4.16 Crore, but the quality of construction and the overall living experience provided by Naiknavare Housing Developements Pvt Ltd make it worthwhile. The landscaping and tree planting add to the serene environment.

  This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Naiknavare Eminence Project 2 in Viman Nagar. The 4 BHK configurations offer significant carpet areas, like the 1895 Sq.ft option I looked at. It felt very spacious. The developer, Naiknavare Housing Developements Pvt Ltd, seems reliable, and the project was ready to move by September 2021. The location is decent, being close to Ramwadi Metro Station (1.17 kms). However, I found the price of 3.16 Crore quite high for my budget as a fit-time buyer, and negotiating was tough. I'm also a bit concerned about the dust from ongoing developments in the vicinity, which is common in rapidly growing areas like Viman Nagar. The solid waste management system is a positive feature.

The location opposite Town Square provides easy access to malls and restaurants. I appreciate the solid waste management and disposal system they have in place, along with landscaping and tree planting which makes the surroundings pleasant. The 4 BHK flats offer generous carpet areas, starting from 1895 Sq.ft. The availability of 24x7 water supply is essential. While the property was ready to move by September 2021, the lack of readily available OC details was a minor point of hesitation. The price range is around 3.16 Crore to 4.16 Crore, which feels reasonable for a property of this size and location in Pune, developed by Naiknavare Housing Developements Pvt Ltd.

Being ready to move in September 2021 was also convenient. The location is quite good, with proximity to The Lexicon International School which is just nearby. The community buildings and recreation facilities are well-maintained. However, the price point between 3.16 Crore and 4.16 Crore is definitely on the higher side, and we found the parking a bit of a squeeze for multiple vehicles. Overall, it's a good property but expect to pay a premium for the location and amenities provided by Naiknavare Housing Developements Pvt Ltd.

  As a single working woman, I wanted a comfortable and secure place in Pune. Naiknavare Eminence Project 2 in Viman Nagar seemed like a good option. The 4 BHK configurations are quite large, starting at 1895 Sq.ft carpet area. I liked the idea of the swimming pool and the children's play area, even though I don't have kids myself yet, it adds to the overall ambiance. The proximity to Ramwadi Metro Station at nearby is a huge plus for my commute. However, I have noticed the traffic on VIP road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern. The price range of 3.16 Crore to 4.16 Crore is substantial, but the amenities offered by Naiknavare Housing Developements Pvt Ltd do justify it to an extent. The spectacular view of the national park is also a nice bonus.
