We recently moved into our 4 BHK at Naiknavare Eminence Project 2 in Viman Nagar, Pune. The carpet area is excellent, with our flat being 2492 Sq.ft, providing ample space for our children. The location is fantastic for us, with The Lexicon International School a short nearby drive away, and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital Nagar Road also reasonably close. The children's play area and recreation facilities are a big hit with the kids. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the fire fighting system for safety. The spectacular view of the national park from our balcony is something we enjoy daily. The price was at the higher end, between 3.16 Crore and 4.16 Crore, but the quality of construction and the overall living experience provided by Naiknavare Housing Developements Pvt Ltd make it worthwhile. The landscaping and tree planting add to the serene environment.

The location is decent, being close to Ramwadi Metro Station (1.17 kms). However, I found the price of 3.16 Crore quite high for my budget as a fit-time buyer, and negotiating was tough. I'm also a bit concerned about the dust from ongoing developments in the vicinity, which is common in rapidly growing areas like Viman Nagar. The solid waste management system is a positive feature.
