I bought a 1 BHK flat here as I needed something convenient for my commute. The carpet area is around 476 Sq.ft, which is enough for one peon. It's ready to move which was a big factor for me. The location in Undri is developing nicely. It's close to NH-65 and Hadapsar Road, making travel easier on most days. I liked the idea of the rainwater harvesting system and solid waste management being implemented by VMG Buildcon. My only concern is that sometimes the traffic on the main Undri road can get a bit heavy during peak houOtherwise, it’s a decent place for a single professional.

The project is ready to move, and we got a 1 BHK with a carpet area of about 476 Sq.ft. It’s a bit small for a growing family, but we managed. The Olympic size swimming pool is a great attraction for the kids, and the landscaped gardens provide a good space to relax. VMG Buildcon has also ensured solid waste management and has a rainwater harvesting system. The only real issue we face is the parking; the closed car parking can feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, the overall community feel is good.
