The project was completed in December 2020 and is ready to move. Undri is a growing area in Pune, and I believe it has good potential for appreciation. The amenities like the cycling and jogging track and the multipurpose room are good additions. While rental demand is usually strong in Pune, the lack of specific price details initially made the decision a bit tougher. However, the developer, Mantra Properties, has a decent track record.
