We recently bought a 3 BHK in VM Sunshine Apartment. The location in Shivajinagar, Central Bangalore, is excellent, with St. Joseph's Boys' High School nearby, making school runs very easy. V M Construction delivered the project ready to move in. Connectivity is also good, with easy access to Old Madras Road and Hosur Road. The apartment layout is practical for our family. However, we are finding the parking space to be quite limited, which is a bit inconvenient with two caThe general upkeep of the common areas is decent. We are still getting used to the surroundings, but the proximity to essential services like the hospital and school is a big plus for us.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at VM Sunshine Apartment in Shivajinagar. The location is really central, which is great for us as we both work in tech hubs. It was ready to move in, so we could shift immediately after booking. Getting to Old Madras Road and Hosur Road is quite easy from here. The only thing is that parking can be a bit of a challenge, especially during peak hou, and the streets around here get quite congested. V M Construction seems to have a decent track record. The apartment itself is functional, and we're still exploring the neighborhood. Overall, it's a convenient place to live for working professionals.

Secured a 2 BHK unit in VM Sunshine Apartment a few months ago. The primary reason for choosing this place was its location in Shivajinagar, Central Bangalore. It’s quite convenient for daily commutes, being near main roads. The V M Construction project was ready for move-in, which was a significant advantage for us. St. Joseph's Boys' High School is just a short distance away, which is good. The apartment is adequate for our needs, though the room sizes are perhaps a little on the smaller side than I expected. Dust from the ongoing construction nearby can be an issue sometimes, but I'm hoping that will subside eventually. The proximity to Cubbon Park Metro Station is also a plus.
