V M Construction delivered the project ready to move in. Connectivity is also good, with easy access to Old Madras Road and Hosur Road. The apartment layout is practical for our family. However, we are finding the parking space to be quite limited, which is a bit inconvenient with two caThe general upkeep of the common areas is decent. We are still getting used to the surroundings, but the proximity to essential services like the hospital and school is a big plus for us.
