The location in Central Bangalore on Richmond Road is excellent, close to amenities. My parents mentioned Trinity Metro Station Bus Stop is easily accessible at nearby, which is great for them. They also find it reassuring that HOSMAT Hospital is nearby at nearby. The property is ready to move, and it was completed in 2008. While the building itself is not brand new, the location and convenience are key. The developer, Chartered Housing, has been responsive to our queries. The surrounding area can be a bit dusty due to ongoing developments nearby.
