We selected VM Serenity for our family because of its proximity to schools and hospitals. New Baldwin International School is right next door, and Cloudnine Hospital is nearby. We bought a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1400 sq.ft, priced at 48 Lakhs. The project by VM Constructions is ready to move and was completed in 2011. The children's play area and the badminton court are great facilities for my kids. The community also has a club house and a swimming pool. The only minor issue is the dust from nearby construction, which is common in developing areas like Horamavu. But the overall environment is good.

I was looking for something affordable and this fit the bill. VM Constructions built it. The amenities like the gymnasium and cricket pitch are nice additions. The nearby New Baldwin International School is very convenient. The only issue I've noticed is the traffic congestion around the Outer Ring Road during peak houIt gets quite noisy sometimes. But for a fit home, it's a decent option.

My unit is 1100 sq.ft built up. The price was 40 Lakhs. The apartment is Vastu compliant and has good ventilation. It's located in Horamavu, Virandavan Layout. There's a swimming pool and a club house which are nice amenities. Power backup is also available, which is essential. The only drawback is that the OC is not available, which is a bit concerning for future resale value. Overall, it's a peaceful place.
