It is very close to New Baldwin International School Banaswadi, which is a 5-minute drive away, perfect for our commute. The super builtup area of our flat is around 980 sq.ft, offering comfortable living space. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper completed this project in 2013, so it's a settled community now. The area has good connectivity to the Outer Ring Road. One minor issue we noticed is that during peak hou, getting onto the main road can be a bit slow due to traffic congestion.
