The proximity to GST Road and Maraimalai Nagar itself is excellent, with the hospital nearby, which is amazing. I bought a 901 Sq.ft plot for around 25.68 Lakh. The project by VL Properties is ready to move and has essential amenities like street lighting and water conservation measures. The 80% to 90% bank loan availability through banks like TATA and YES BANK was very helpful. While the location is fantastic for access, the immediate surroundings can get a bit noisy due to the highway traffic. However, the gated community aspect provides a peaceful environment within the plot.
