Having retired last year, I was looking for a peaceful and comfortable home in Coimbatore. Vivant Avonlea seemed like a good option. The villas are spacious, this is a 3 BHK of 2300 square feet, which gives me ample room for my hobbies and guests. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the good landscaping they have done. The gymnasium is also a useful amenity for staying active. My main concern is the proximity to the highway; while convenient, the constant traffic can be a bit disruptive to the tranquility I seek. The price of 99.02 Lakh onwards felt reasonable for the space provided, but I wish the OC details were readily available. The multipurpose room is a nice touch for community gatherings.

The swimming pool is also a great facility for relaxation after a long week. We opted for a 3 BHK villa, which is quite spacious at 2300 square feet.
