I chose this location because it is developing and has essential amenities nearby, like the Delhi World School which is nearby. The plot size of 1431 sq.ft is sufficient for a comfortable home for them. Knowing that the project is ready to move gives me peace of mind while I am away. Visva Janani Real Infra Private Limited has provided internal roads and footpaths which are well-made. The 24/7 water supply is a key requirement for my parents. The Shadnagar Bus Station being nearby is also convenient for them to travel.
