    I have purchased a plot in Vian Valley, located in Shadnagar, Ranga Reddy. Building Blocks Projects India Pvt Ltd is the developer. I got a 200 sq.yd. Plot for about 50 Lakh. It is ready to move but the completion date is March 2025. The proximity to Montessori High School Shadnagar, nearby, was a major factor for us. Also, the Shadnagar Bus Station is very close, nearby. The budget was acceptable for a plot of this size in this area. The project offea football field and a badminton court, which is nice for recreation. My only concern is the price point for larger plots; they go up to 1.25 Crore, which feels a bit high for plots ranging up to 500 sq.yd. Overall, it seems like a sound investment for the future.
