The built-up area is around 636 sq.ft, which is adequate for my needs. It's a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance, making it feel secure. The location in Dudulgaon is developing well, and it's not too far from the PMPML Alandi Bus Stand, nearby. The price was reasonable, falling within the 40 Lakhs bracket. The construction quality seems solid, and the granite kitchen platform is a nice touch. My only slight worry is the PCMC Metro Station is quite far, nearby, which might be an issue for future connectivity.

The children’s play area and the amphitheatre are great for them to have fun and for events. It is also close to K K CARE Hospital, which is a relief knowing it's nearby. The price range was within our budget, around 50 Lakhs. However, the area can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a concern for my kids' health. We hope the developer, Vision Creative Group, addresses this. The landscaping and tree planting they have done does make it look greener though.

The 2 BHK configurations were in our price range, starting from 39.79 Lakhs. The built-up area of 731 sq.ft is a good upgrade from our rental. We really liked the gymnasium and the indoor games facility for our leisure time. D Mart Alandi is nearby, which is super convenient for grocery shopping. The main issue we found was that the multi-purpose and basketball courts felt a bit smaller than expected, and the yoga zone is not very large. Still, for the price and the ready-to-move status, it felt like a good decision.
