Having ADITYA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL nearby is a bonus, even though I don't have kids, it indicates a developing neighborhood. The developer, Trimurti Develope, seems to have focused on essential amenities like water supply and basic landscaping. The only minor drawback is the dust on the internal roads leading to the project, but that should improve.
