The location in Kankanady is quite central, and it’s not too far from Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute, which is useful. Vishwas Bawa Buildehas equipped the project with important amenities like a lift and 24x7 security, which gives me peace of mind when I am away. The landscaping adds a nice touch to the surroundings. My main concern is the traffic noise that can be heard occasionally, especially during the day. It's not constant, but it’s noticeable. Overall, it serves my purpose for a comfortable and secure residence.

The apartment feels spacious enough for a single peon like me. I liked that there is lift facility available and also power backup, which is important. The developer, Vishwas Bawa Builde, was responsive during the inquiry phase. The location in Kankanady is decent. It's not too far from the main areas of Mangalore. The only slight concern I have is about the surrounding area during construction, there's a bit of dust sometimes. But since it's ready to move, that should settle down. Good enough for a fit purchase.

The building has a children's play area, which is a big plus for our younger child. It is ready to move in, so the transition was smooth. Vishwas Bawa Buildehas ensured 24x7 security and also provided landscaping, making the environment pleasant. The lift facility is operational and reliable. A minor drawback we've observed is that the rooms, particularly the bedrooms, are a bit compact for our needs, but we are adjusting. Despite this, the location and school access are major advantages for us.
