I opted for a 3 BHK which is 1450 square feet, plenty of space for when my children visit. It was completed back in 2006, so it's a well-established property. Being ready to move was ideal. The proximity to Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute is a major comfort, just a short walk away. Also, Bendoor Bus Stop is conveniently located at nearby, making it easy to get around without a car. The surrounding greenery and landscaping add a peaceful ambiance. My only slight worry is the traffic noise sometimes from the main road, but it’s not too disruptive.
