    We are moving from a rented place and decided on a 2 BHK in Vishwa Kohinoor Heights II. The 689 Sq.ft carpet area gives us much more space than our current rental. It is located in Chikhali, Pimpri Chinchwad, which is a growing locality. We were impressed by the inclusion of storm water drains and a sewage treatment plant as part of the amenities. Vishwa developeseem to be focusing on basic infrastructure. The completion is slated for December 2025. The Imperial Multi Speciality Hospital is nearby, which provides some peace of mind. The only drawback is that the approach road to the project site could be better maintained, it's a bit rough.
