After checking a few different apartments in Gannavaram, I finally settled on a 2 BHK here at Vishwa Chandrika Ayodhya. The price was reasonable, around 20.8 Lakh, which fits my pension budget nicely. I spend most of my mornings in the gym and have found the multipurpose room very useful for community gatherings. The staff at Vishwa Ventures kept the process simple. My only small concern is that the parking area can get a bit crowded during the weekends when visitocome, but otherwise, the infrastructure is holding up well. Having a 24x7 water supply is a major relief in this city. It is a decent place to spend my post-retirement yeawith all the basic amenities within reach.
