This is my fit property purchase, a 3000 sq.ft plot at Vishnu Orange Meadows. I was looking for something ready to move and this fit the bill. It is located in Shankarpally, West Hyderabad. The price was around 21 Lakh for the bigger plot size. I liked that there is a children's play area and a jogging track, which seems good for future use. Getting to the Shankarpalli MMTS Railway Station takes about 10 minutes, which is convenient. The only thing that worried me a bit was the dust on the roads leading to the site, but that might improve once more people move in. Overall, it feels like a decent start for my property journey.
