I purchased a plot of 2838 sq.ft in Virtusa Cynosure. My primary consideration was the Vastu compliance and the overall gated community aspect. The price for this size was around 51 Lakhs, which felt a bit on the higher side, but the amenities like the multipurpose hall and jogging track are good. It's located in Shankarpalli, West Hyderabad. The proximity to Sukhibava Hospital (2 minutes) and Shankarpalli MMTS Station (10 minutes) is convenient. Virtusa LifeSpace India has presented this as a ready-to-move project. My main concern is the dust on the approach road, which can be quite noticeable, especially during dry spells. I hope they address this soon for the residents.

The kids play area is decent, and my son already loves the idea of a cycling track. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. We visited the site a few times and it seemed well-maintained. The price was within our budget for a plot of this size, around 45 Lakhs. My only worry is that Shankarpalli road can get a bit busy during peak hou, but since we are living within the community, it might not be a big issue daily. The location in Shankarpalli is quieter, and the community seems well-planned with a children's play area and rain water harvesting. Virtusa LifeSpace India has put in good landscaping. The price around 45 Lakhs was something we could manage with our combined income. We are looking forward to building our house soon. The distance to the Financial District IT HUB (35 minutes) is acceptable for my husband’s work. The only minor issue is that the multipurpose room seemed a bit small during our site visit.
