We were looking for a peaceful place in Ahmedabad for our retirement and found Virasat Palm Glory. We opted for a 3 BHK flat with a larger carpet area of 1710 sq.ft. The price is on the higher side, reaching up to 1.13 Crore, but the space is ample for our needs. The developer, Virasat Reality, is offering good amenities like a dedicated senior citizen sit-out and landscaping, which is very appealing. Being near Zundal Circle in Sola, Chandkheda, provides reasonable connectivity. The construction is ongoing, with a target completion of November 2018. We are hoping the quality of construction holds up over the yeaThe main drawback is the distance to local markets, which are not immediately walkable.
