    We were renting nearby and decided to upgrade to Shafalya Aurum Sky. We bought a 1314 square feet 2 BHK flat. The size is much better than our previous rental. The location near Shakti Farm on Science City Road is decent, though the internal roads can be a bit narrow getting there. We really appreciate the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the place feel green. The swimming pool is an added bonus. One issue we've found is that during peak hou, the traffic on Science City Road can get quite heavy, which adds a few minutes to our commute. Still, for a ready-to-move-in property from Shafalya Infra in this budget (around 95 Lakhs), it's a good deal.

    We chose Shafalya Aurum Sky primarily because it's close to Nest Public School, only 1.86 kilometeaway, which makes school runs much easier for our kids. We opted for a spacious 2025 square feet 3 BHK flat. The children's play area within the complex is a big hit with them. Having internal roads and footpaths makes it safe for them to move around. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. The price for the larger flats goes up to 1.53 Crore, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the convenience and the amenities offered by Shafalya Infra made it worth it.
