The location is quite accessible, being close to Rashbehari Avenue and close to the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass. This makes commuting easier. The building has basic amenities like lifts and car parking, along with 24x7 security. My only concern is that the OC is not available, which makes me a bit hesitant about certain future documentation. However, for immediate living needs, it's functional.
