The flat size is about 930 square feet, which is perfect for us as a young couple starting out. The price was around 58 Lakh, fitting our budget. We liked that it's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait long to start our new life together here. The developer, Shroff BuildeLLP P, seems reliable. The only thing is that construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit botheome sometimes.
