    Finding a decent apartment in Hyderabad can be tough. I chose Vinayaka Serene Meadows because it’s near Oakridge International School and Continental Hospitals, both practically nearby, which is super convenient if anything urgent comes up. I booked a 1600 sq.ft 3 BHK. The price is around 95 Lakh, which is a bit high but manageable. The main issue for me is the commute to Gachibowli; it's listed as nearby but traffic can be really bad during peak hou, so I need to factor that in. The 24x7 water supply is a big plus. I really hope the internal roads and footpaths are well done. The landscaping looks promising in the brochures.

Being an under-construction property with a July 2027 completion, I have to wait, but Vinayaka Projects has a track record to consider. I hope the internal roads are well-constructed.

I chose this project also because of the listed amenities like landscaping and tree planting, which will make the environment pleasant for them. Water conservation and rainwater harvesting are good features too. I trust they will maintain the property well until handover.
