Finding a decent apartment in Hyderabad can be tough. I chose Vinayaka Serene Meadows because it’s near Oakridge International School and Continental Hospitals, both practically nearby, which is super convenient if anything urgent comes up. I booked a 1600 sq.ft 3 BHK. The price is around 95 Lakh, which is a bit high but manageable. The main issue for me is the commute to Gachibowli; it's listed as nearby but traffic can be really bad during peak hou, so I need to factor that in. The 24x7 water supply is a big plus. I really hope the internal roads and footpaths are well done. The landscaping looks promising in the brochures.

I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Vinayaka Serene Meadows, specifically the 1600 sq.ft configuration. The price was around 90 Lakh, which is within my approved budget. The location in West Hyderabad, Naingi, is decent, and it's quite close to Gachibowli. However, the distance to Raidurg Metro Station is over nearby, which is a bit far if I need to use the metro regularly. The project includes essential amenities like closed car parking and street lighting. Solid waste management is also a plus point. Being an under-construction property with a July 2027 completion, I have to wait, but Vinayaka Projects has a track record to consider. I hope the internal roads are well-constructed.

Being retired, we appreciate the focus on amenities like 24x7 water supply and solid waste management. The location in Naingi, West Hyderabad, is quite peaceful compared to the city center. My only concern is that the OC received status is not available yet, which is typical for under-construction projects, but it’s something we are keeping an eye on. The developer, Vinayaka Projects, seems to be taking their time with construction, aiming for July 2027 completion.

I am buying this apartment for my parents who live in Hyderabad. I selected Vinayaka Serene Meadows because of its proximity to key facilities like Continental Hospitals and Oakridge International School, both very close by. I opted for a 1750 sq.ft 3 BHK, which costs about 1.21 Crore, the higher end of the budget. This size offegood space for them. The developer, Vinayaka Projects, seems reliable. I chose this project also because of the listed amenities like landscaping and tree planting, which will make the environment pleasant for them. Water conservation and rainwater harvesting are good features too. I trust they will maintain the property well until handover.

We decided to upgrade from our rented place and chose Vinayaka Serene Meadows. We looked at the 1200 sq.ft 2 BHK, which is priced around 82.8 Lakh. It’s a good size for us. The location in Naingi is developing, and it’s good that it’s close to the Nehru Outer Ring Road for easy travel. The only downside is that the construction dust can be a bit much at times, which is expected in an under-construction area. We liked that they mentioned energy management and fire fighting systems as part of the amenities. Vinayaka Projects is the developer, and we have heard good things. We are looking forward to moving in by July 2027.
