My partner and I are looking for our fit home in Nashik and Vinayaka Samarth Pride caught our eye. We liked the idea of the project being in Sagar Village, Adgaon, as it seems quieter than the main city areas. It’s really convenient that Shining Star Academy is literally nearby, which is a huge plus for the future. We are considering the 2 BHK which is 620 Sq.ft carpet area. The amenities like Water Conservation and Rain water Harvesting are good to see. Vinayaka Buildeis developing this. It is still under construction with completion by April 2027. The only thing is the access road to the project, it seems a bit narrow and might get dusty during construction. Hopefully, Vinayaka Buildewill improve that before handover. Overall, it seems like a decent option for a fit purchase.

Dr. Vasantrao Pawar Medical College is nearby, which is reassuring. Vinayaka Buildeis the developer. The project is still under construction and expected to be ready by April 2027. My main concern is the connectivity to the main city for work; while it is close to highways, getting to my office everyday might take longer than I would like, especially during peak houThe Khanderao Mandir Ozar Bus Stop is nearby, so public transport might be a bit of a journey. It’s a good project but the commute is something I’m still weighing.

I liked the focus on amenities like Sewage Treatment Plant and Electrification including Solar Energy. The 2 BHK flat has a good carpet area of 620 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for me. It's also great that it's under construction and expected to finish by April 2027, giving me time to save a bit more. The developer, Vinayaka Builde, has a few projects so I am trusting them to deliver. The location near NH 3 and Asian Highway 47 is a plus for connectivity. My only worry is that since it’s under construction, there’s quite a bit of dust and noise from the ongoing work nearby, which is a bit botheome during site visits. I hope they manage the site operations better.

My only slight concern is the distance to the main city if they need to go frequently for shopping or specific medical needs beyond the local college.
