The 761 square feet carpet area for the 2 BHK is perfect for me as a single peon. The price of 33.9 Lakh was attractive. It’s located in Adgaon, Edutown, close to Asian Highway 47 and NH 3, which makes travelling easier. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and internal roads are good. My only small concern is that the OC is not available yet, which makes getting a home loan a little tricky, but the bank assured me it should be fine. I am hopeful about this investment.
