The amenities are quite comprehensive, including a gymnasium, swimming pool, and importantly, 24/7 security which is crucial for my parents' safety. Power backup is also available, which is great. The proximity to Sathya Sai Hospital (5.7 KM) is a plus. My only slight worry is the maintenance charges, which I haven't fully clarified yet, but otherwise, it looks like a comfortable home for them.

They have a children's play area which is nice, and the security is 24/7 which gives me peace of mind. The construction looks decent enough for a fit home. I did notice some dust around the site, but that's common for ongoing developments or areas with traffic. Overall, it feels like a solid start for me.
