We picked CBR Aakruti mostly because of the schools nearby. Gopalan National School is literally nearby, which is a lifesaver for morning routines. The apartment size is good too, we got a 2 BHK around 1100 square feet built up. The kids play area looks decent, and there is a swimming pool which they are very excited about. The location in K R Puram is quite convenient for daily needs. Construction seems solid. We are happy with the decision for our family.
