Relocating to Vadodara for work, I visited Vinayak Kishan Signature 1. The 4 BHK bungalows offer spacious living, around 1799 Sq.ft built up area. The price point of 1.27 Crore is within my budget. Vinayak Enterprise seems to be a decent developer. I was impressed by the fire fighting system and the 24X7 water supply mentioned in the amenities list. It’s reassuring to have these basic facilities guaranteed. The project is under construction until December 2029. Being close to BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital is very convenient for my commute. The only minor issue is the lack of readily available OC, which makes me a bit hesitant.
